This is an aggressive, evasive deck that aims to quickly cast low-costed aggressive, evasive creatures, and then use the Ninjutsu ability to surprise your opponents, hit for a ton of damage, and generate tone of value. The deck features a number of 1- and 2- mana evasive creatures such as Thousand-Faced Shadow, Network Disruptor, Nezumi Prowler, etc to get to a fast start.
